- This case came before the Court on Petition o~I,ILLIAN LIEBSCHER,
Executrix of the Estate of FRED WILIdAM I.IEBSCHER, deceased, for an Order
of Partfal Distribution and Petitioner states that;
A. The time period for filinq claims in said Estate has now
expired and that no claims have been filed; and
B. That she has faithfully administered said Estate and the
~ gross estate for tax purposes is $79,254.51, and that
with charltable deductions and exemptions the said
Estate will not be taxable; and . ~
~ C. That all property distributable to any beneficiary other
than Petitioner is distributed herein; and
D. That there shall remain-in the Estate assets pending receipt
of releases from Federal and State taxixig authorities, the

~ following; $T53.17 i.n the Estate Account ~37 308 7 j First
~ Bank of jupiter/'Tequesta; Certificate ~k419+! for $5,000.00,
Fidelity Federal Savings ~ Loan Association of West PaLn
Beach and I.ake Park; and $1,004.00 in Certificate #638,
First Federal Savinqs ~ Loan Association of Martin C~unty, an
E. Petitioner is the sole heir of FRED WILI.tAM I.IEBSCHER,
deceased.

~ Upon consfderation of the facts contained in said Petition and
~ beinq othen~vise advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AD DGED

AND DECREED that the following assets of the Estate are hereby distributed
