In accordance with your request, I have appraised

Lillian E. Liebscher and Lots S and 6,

Liebscher, who has been deceased since
J~tly 31, 1969. .
The accompanying report describes the method of -
appraisal and contains the data covered in my investigation.
; Fair cnarket value inay be def ined as the highest price
estimated in terms of money which the property will bring if
exposed for sale in the open market by a seller who is
willing but not obliged to sell, allowing a reasonable time
to find a buyer who is willing but not obliged to buy, both
