FINAL JUDGMhNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS
THIS CAUS$ having come on for Trial on the 25th day
of July, 1975, and the Court having qiven full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relationship of Husband and Wife now exists be-
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
~ thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
Gloria Patterson and Alvin Patterson by and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
! freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
, 2. CUSTODY. Permanent custody of the minor children
of the parties, namely, Alvin Patterson, Jr., age 5~years
and Marcia Patterson, age 3 years shall be with the wife subject
to the husband having reasonable rights of visitation to ar?d ~
~ with the children, which shall be construed liberally and
shall include the riqht to be with the children every other
I weekend beginning on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. and endir?g~on
SundayR at 6:00 p.m.
SU~PORT. The husband shall.pay as support for
each of the children of the parties during thei~ minority the
sum of $15.00 per week per child which sum shall be paid
th=ough the Clerk of the Circuit Court and shall continue
