COMPANY, a Florida corporation, and the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that

the same is hereby granted and effective July 24, 1975,~Heiunan and
Heiman and Philip G. Nourse have withdrawn as counsel of record for
said Defendants.
