COITON, ~ fItEO aNp kEC R E ~ Husband, ST WCrE ~p~~4r~ ROCER ~~~T~~S.~~ RE ORp VERIf jFp ~OUAT and ~ DECIL COTTON, Wife . ~c 19 121z pH ,T5 _ ~ - 32~~ ~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ This action came on for hearing on the 29th daq of July, 1975, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the sub3ect matter of this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the petitioner and respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Petitioner, JAMES W. COTTON, and the Respondent, DECIL COTTON, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. AGREEMSNT. The separation and property settlement agree- - ment executed by the parties on the lOth day of June , 1975, was freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by reference into this j udgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all terms of the agreement. 3. JUItISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be just and proper in the premises. ~ 4.
