and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
~ determines: This Court~ has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter oP
- this suit; that the relation of husband and Wife no~r e~cists between the parties
and that the marrisge bet~reen the parties is irretrievably broken and should
~ be dissolved. It is thereupon .
~ ORDERED aud ADJImC~D as follovs :
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marrisge bet~reen EARL D.
ALBRITTON attd GLORIA G. ALBRITTQN be snd the ssme is hereby dissolved, and the
I parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

~ heretofore existing betureen them and from the obligations arising thereProm.

~ 2. That the Separation Agreement dated July 21, 1975, and
notorized July 21, 1975 as to the lrlife, be and the same is hereby incorporated

~ by reference in the same manner as though it was set out word for word in this

~ Order and the arties are hereitt ordered to co 1 ~rith the
~ p mp y provisions thereof
f Which provisions include, inter alia; That the Husband shall pay to the Wife
; Weekly support for the minor child in the sum of ~30.00 each week, paying the
i ~
~ same to the Clerk of this Court and by him reaitted promptly to GLORIA G.
ALBRITTCN. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory

; costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be
~
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties_ are ordered
~i
3 to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
~
~i addresses at all times While this order is in effect.
