ORDER FINDING ROBERT CURTIS RAriSEY TO BE IN
CONTEMPT OF COURT -
This matter coming on for hearing on-Monday, July 14, 1975,
and the Court having heard the testimony of ROBERT CURTIS RAMSEY, and
it appeari.ng from said testimony that said ROBERT CURTIS RAMSEY is in
contempt of the Final Judgment ofDissolution of Marriage entered on
April 17, 1975, and the Courtbeing otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROB~:RT CURTIS RAMSEY be, and he is
hereby found in Contempt ofCourt for failure to pay attorney's fees
called for in Paragraph 5 of the Final Judy~ment of Dissolution of
_
Marriage entered in this cause on April 17, 1975, but that said ROBERT
CURTIS RAMSEY may purge himself from this contempt by making payments
of said sum of $250.00, plus $5.00 for Sheriff's service of the Notice
of Hearing upon him, said paymencs to be made to Attorney C. R. McDONALD,
' JR., at his office at 1600 South Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida,

in the amount of $5.00 per week commencing Honday, July 21, 1975, and
on each Monday thereafter until the total sum~of $255.00 shall be paid
in full. In the event that said ROBERT CURTIS R~MSEY shall fail to
make any such Dayment within three days of its due date, then_Attorney
~
~~?s ~ C. R. McDONALD, JR. may file an affidavit so stating that+the Clerk of
Circuit Court, and upon furnishing a certified copy of this Order and
Affidavit of Non-Compliance with the Sheriff-of St. Lucie County,
Florida, the Sheriff shall take said ROBERT CURTIS RAMSEY into custody
and hold him for a period of five days, or until he shall purge him-
self from contempt by making any payment or payments past due to said
Attorney C. R. McDonald, Jr.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
