The Motions of Defendant NATIONWIDE MUTUAI~ FIRE
INSURANCE CAMPANY, by counsel, for Severance of the Issue
of Coverage, for Leave to Add a Party Defendant and for
Leave to File a Crossclaim, after due notice to all parties,
came on for hearing on July 10, 1975, with the Defendant •

1. The issue relating to the existence of
insurance coverage by the Defendant NATIONWIDE for the
Defendant ROBERT B. HENDRY is separated for purposes of
trial and will be tried first.
