This matter coming on before the Court oa the Petitioa for
Modification of Arthur O. Parmelee, and the Court having given
full consideration to all the evidence and agreement of the parties
and having been otherwise fully advised, it is:
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED the Final Judgment entered December 21,
1973 by this Court is hereby modified as folloars:
1. Paymeats for child suppo~t of Arthur O. Parmelee, III
aad Valerie F~ances Parmelee are hereby reduced by the amount of
$15.00 per week each, as these children ao longer reside with the
wife, ~ances W. Parmelee.
2. That the child support now due the wife, Fraaces NT.
Parmelee, in the amount of $50.00 per week is hereby temporarily
. suspended while the husband, Arthur O. Parmelee, is unemployed as
i a carpenter; however, payments will coatinue in the full amount
~ _
of $50.00 per week once Arthur O. Parmelee obtains employment.
3. That any arrearages in child support payments prior to
the Order are discharged.
