FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 29th day of July, 1975, and
the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties"and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the taarriage between the parties is .
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROY ACUFF
EDENFIELD and JUDY DUBBERLY EDENFIELD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child of the parties is hereby
awarded to the Wife, JUDY DUBBERLY EDENFIELD,~with reasonable visitation
r rights reserved to the Husband, ROY ACUFF EDENFIELD.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of GG c~ L~~`"~' , 1975,
the Husband shall pay to the Wife the swa of $~1 ` each and
every week, for the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of tlis Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Wife, JUDY DUBBERLY EDENFIELD. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash,~money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
The Husband is further ordered to pay all medical expenses sur-

rounding the birth of the minor child and to pay the doctor $~•3s ~
