tions arising therefrom.
2. The Stipulation and Agreement executed by the parties ~

on the 16th and 22nd of July, 1975, and introduced into evidence marked ~ ~

~ Petitioner's Exhibit One, was freely entered into by the parties after a

full disclosure under the circumstances that appear from ttie evidence to S

be for the best interests of the parties; and in its entirety the Stipulation ~
and Agreement are incorporated by reference into this judgment, arid the ~

parties are hereby ordered to comply with all the terms hereof. ~
