DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause eame on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: 1~is Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife naa exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AI~ID ADJLID~ED as follows : -
l. DISSOLUTION OF MfARRIAGE. The marriage between ELLA BREAIDA Ci~ERLY
' and ROBERT R. CUBERLY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parti.es
~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matr~mony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Stipulation Agreement admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the partie s hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
