HOLMES and ARLON GREGORY * HOLMES. * FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION , THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing this date before me and it appearing to the Court that the minor children, FLOYD THOMAS GREGORY, JR. and ARLON LEROY GRLGORY, are the stopsons of the~Petitioner, ALLEN . P. HOLMES, and the sons of ROSALIE HOLMES; that the natural father, FLOYD THOMAS GREGORY, SR., of said sons died in Fort Pierce, Florida on December 2, 1966; and the natural mother, ROSALIE HOLMES, has consented • to the adoption of said sons by said Petitioner; that the adoptees, FIAYD THOMAS GREGORY, JR. and ARLON LEROY GREGORY, both minor children over the age of twelve (12) years, have consented to their adoption by said Petitioner; and it appearing to the Court from testimony and re- cords herein produced before the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt FLOYD THOMAS GREGORY, JR. and ARIAN LEROY GREGORY, both minor children, that said sons are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner; that the Petitioner has given careful supervision to the ~ health and welfare of the sons; that the best interest of the sons will be produced by said adoption; that no objections have been interposed to such adoption, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: 1. That FLOYD THOMAS GREGORY, JR. and ARLON LEROY GREGORY, both minor children, be, and they are hereby, declared to be the sons and legal heirs of ALLEN P. HOLMES, entitled to all rights and privi- leges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to such parent in lawful wedlock. 2.
