FINAL JUDGI~NT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard before me this day on motion of the
petitioners for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it appearing to the Court
that the State Welfare Board has filed its recomnendation in regard to a~
~ Final Jucigment of Adoption, recomnending that permanent custody of the
children~ lanown in these proceedings as Robin Dawn Whitacre and Ch~les
Walter Whitacre, be given to petitioners, and the court now being adu~.sed
in the premises, finds: ~
l. That the petitioners, BILLY LEE DAI.E and MARY ELLEN DALE, his wife
- are fit and proper persons to adopt the children named in the petition, and
that the best interests of the said children will be promoted by such
adoption.
2. That the said children are suitable for adoptioai by the said f

; It is, therefore, upon consideration:
i ORDERED, ADJi,DGED AND DECREED : .
(a) That the permanent custody of the children lanown as Robin Dawn

Whitacre and Charles Walter Whitacre in these proceedings be and the same is i

hereby given to BILLY LEE DALE and MARY ELLEN DALE, his wife;
(b) That the said children now lmown as Robi.n Dawn Whitacre and Charles
Walter Whitacre are given the lawful names of and shall henceforth be known

~ as Robin Dawn Dale and Charles Walter Dale.
