O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on July 25, 1975 upon the
Motion of the.Husband to modify the Final Judgment as to child
support~payments as to James Relly Hall from March 14, 1q75
through June 10, 1975, and Motion of the Husband to iriodify the
Final Judgment as to the care and custody of the minor child,
Debbie Lynn Hall, and on the Wife's Motion for increased child
support allowance for the minor child, Debbie Lynn Hall, and
for the payment of arrearage of child support for Debbie Lynn
Hall, and the Court having heard testimony of the respective
parties and argument of counsel and being fully advised in the
~ premises, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. That the Motion of the Husband to change custody

~ of the minor child, Debbie Lynn Hall, be and the same is hereby
~
~ denied.
~ 2. The Court finds and determines that the_Husband,

~ Kelly Hall, is in arrears in his support payments tothe Wife for

~ the minor child, Debbie Lynn Hall, in the sum of $158 as of July
24, 1975 and that the said Nusband, Kelly Hall, shall pay said
~
~ sum within five days from the date of this Order to the Wife.
