be and the same is hereby denied.
4. That the Wife's Motion for attorney's fees and
costs be and the same ia hereby denied.
5. That the Husband, Kelly Hall, has had the minor
child, James Kelly Hall, in his custody since March 14, 1975 and
that the Wife's Motion for child support for the minor child,
James Kelly Hall, from March 14, 1975 until June 9, 1975 be and
the same is hereby denied.
6. ~Commencinq Friday, July 25, 1975, the Husband,
Relly Hall, shall pay to Betty P. 8a11, Wife, the sum of $75 each
and every week for the support of the minor child, Debbie Lynn
Hall. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to the Wife, Betty P. Hall. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, cashier's check or money order. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
