FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the 29th day of July, 1975, and
the Court having given full conside ration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between-the parties; and that the_marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken artd should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. T'he marriage between WYATT C.
DEANS, JR., Husband and MARGARET T. DEANS, Wife, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds~of matrimony heretofore existing between them and '
from the obligations arising therefrom
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JAMISON CARROLL DEANS and JEFFREY
DEANS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARGARET T.
' - DEANS, Wife with visitation rights reserved to the Ausband on each
~Saturday morning from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. at the place of residence

; of the Wife, MARGARET T. DEANS. The Husband, WYATT C. DEANS, JR., shall

~ not remove or visit with the miner children of the parties away from the
r
i residence of the Wife.
` 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the lst day of October , 1975, .
WYATT C. DEANS, JR., Husband shall pay to MARGARET T. DEANS, Wife the
sum of 40.00 each and every week for the support of the minor children
named above.
' Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

` him remitted promptly to MARGARET T. DEANS, Wife. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to

_each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 ayments shall be made in cash,
