ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day upon Petitioner's
Motion for Contempt Order and-the Respondent being present in Court in
person, and the Petitioner being also present in Court in person and
represented by counsel. and the Court having heard all of the testimony
of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Respondent, WYATT C. DEANS, JR., is guilty of -
comtempt of this Court for failure to pay the Wife child support as
required by Order of February 3, 1975; for failure to report to the
counsel for the Wife every week as required by Order of February 3,
1975;.and for failure to comply with the Restraining Order contained
in the Temporary Orde r of November 21, 1974 in that the Respondent
! has on seve ral occasions come around the Wife's glace of residence and

harmed or harrassed her.

i 2. That as punishment for his contempt the Respondent, WYATT

~ C. DEANS, JR., shall be confined in the County Jail for a period of

1 sixty (60) days. ~
