FINAL JUDGMfiNT
This cause having been tried before the Court and a
jury and the jury having returned a verdict in the amount of
$100 for the Plaintiffs ROBERT HALL and BRENDA HALL and in
~ the amount of $5,000 for the minor plaintiff, RHONDA HALL,
and the Court having entered its order herein grantinq a new
trial on the issue of damages, said order beinq conditioned
upon the plaintiff RHONDA HALL acceptinq a remittitur of
$2,500, and the plaintiff having filed herein an acceptance
' of remittitur and the court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,
ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs, ROBERT HALL and BRENDA
HALL recover from the defendants the sum of $100 with their .
