THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 31st day of July,
1975, upon the request of the Honorable E. P. DeFriest, C~rnty
Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida, and it appearing that the
Defendant, WYATT C. I2EANS, JR., appeared in County Court this ~
d~te before Judge E. P. DeFriest, together with Bill Cantlebary, ~ ;

Counselor of the Alcohol and Substance Abuse Council, and it
appearing to the Court that it would be for the best interest of
the Defendant, WYATT C. DEANS, JR., that he be allowed to attend
the Alcoholic Rehabilitation Program at the Dunklin Memorial Camp,
which he is requesting, and the Court being fully advised in the

premises, it is
ORDERED that the previous order of this Court for contempt
be amended to allow WYATT C. DEANS, JR, to attend the Alcoholic .

j Program at Dunklin Memorial Camp in Martin County,_Florida. It is

~ further ORDERED that should WYATT C. DEANS, JR, fail to satisfactorily

( complete the program at Dunklin Memorial Camp, he is ordered to serve ~

the remaining time due on the Sixty (60) Day sentence imposed by

~ ORDERED that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is
~ authorized to release WYATT C. DEANS, JR, to the custody of Bill
