this Note ahall be due and payable. The total interest payabte hereunder shall not in any one year e:ceed the highest f
lawful rate of intetest in the State of Florida.
This Note is secured by a Mortgage. dated the date hereof, of pmperty aituated ia the 3tate of Florida.
The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or moditying the above terms of ~
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owners of the. pmperty affected by said Martgage. whether with or with- 4
' out notice to the Maker, and the Maker sl~all continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder. but with interest at a ;
' rate no greater than the Interest Rate, acrording to the terms of any such agrEement of e:tension or modification. ~

payment, demand, protest, notioe of protest, and notice of dishonor, and ezpresaly agree jointly and aeverally to remain
and conlinue bound (or the payment of the principal and interest pmvided tor by the terma of this Note, notwit6standing
any eztension or extensions of the time of, or tor the payment of said principal or intereat, or any change or changes in
