Such provisions as are incorporated by refecence hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 thmugh 17 and Non-Uniform
Covenants 18, 19. 20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrov?er and Lender agree that all references to the Pmperty. Borrow•er,
Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mottgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall
be construed to mean the Pcoperty. Botrower. Lender and Note defined herein. Borcower acknowledges receipt of a copy
of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortg~ge.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further rnvenant and agree as follow~s:
21..Future Advances. Upon request by Brnrower. [.ender. at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when eridenced by promissory notes stated that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced ia accordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage. exceed the original amount of the Note plus US S 9,500.00 •
