1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall not~ly
the undersigned in writing at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises are not in a rea.sonable state oi
appear~oe ~d repair consistent with ihe general appe~anoe ~d state of repair ot other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., sel lorth in said notice within IS days alter receipt ot same.
2. 1t the undersigned shall fml or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,
etc., wiihin tlie prescribed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises tor the pvrpose o1 doing
ihe necessary work. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to [awn ~d yard maintencmce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appe~~ce, and to pcrinting and minor repairs to the exterior oi
ihe building or buildings, situated on the premises in orde: to prevent an unsightty or unsafe condition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
ces :crs or assigns, in br~nging about cmd accomplishing the work re(erred to in the notice, the under-
signed agrec:s to make pa j rnent thereo! within 10 days after demand. Provided, howevet, ihat demcmd
tor payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incuned.
4. In ihe event that the undersigned shall fait or reduse to make payment of the aciual costs or
j exper.ses incurred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
