security interest.

(3) The party of the first part shall satisfy the out-
standing balance due for princi~pal and accrued interest on the
. Promissory Note of September 10, 1974, at the time of closing.~
(4) The party of the first part shall pay the attorneys'
fees for the party of the third part, in the amount of $300.00,
at the time-of closing.
