,construct or cause to be constructed upon said premises such
warehouse buildinq or structure as aforesaid within eighteen
(18) months next ensuinq from and after the date of this con-
veyance, Grantor shall have and hereby reserves the right to
repurchase said land and property at and for the price of
$31,145.00, said right of repurchase beinq hereby reserved and
to continue for one (1) year after the expiration of said
eighteen (18) month period; Grantees hereby covenanting for
themselves and their heirs and assigns, that they will, upon
the accrual of said-riqht of repurchase, and upon beinq noti-
.fied in writinq of the election of Grantor to exercise the same, ~
promptly make or cause to be made said reconveyance to Grantor,
or its nominee, in accordance with the terms hereof, by special
warranty deed conveyinq the full title to said property, free of
claims of any persons claiming by, throuqh or under Grantees.
Upon notification by Grantees of completion of construction
of the aforesaid warehouse buildinq, Grantor hereby aqrees to
promptly release the above lands from the aforemention~d cov~-
nant by executinq and delivering to Grantees an appropriate
instrument in recordable form.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has caused these presents
to be duly executed in its corporate name and its corporate seal
to be hereto affixed by its undersigned officer thereunto law-
fully authorized the day and year first hereinabove written.
