35 South, Range 39 Bast, thence cotiti.miing Southerly along the quarter

together with the right and privilege to reconstruct. inspect, alter, improve, remove or relceate suchtransmission and distri-
bution lines on the right-of-way above described, with alI rights and privileges necessary or convenienttor the full enjoyment
or the use thereof tor the abo~e-mentioned purposes, includfng the right to cat and keep clear all trees and undergrowth and
other obstructions within said rigl?t-ot-way and all trees of such height on lands M Grantor8 adjoiaing said right-ot-way that
may intertere with the proper construction, operation and maintenance d said electric transmission and distribution lines,
and also including the rigt?t of ingress and egress over adjoining lands of Grantors tor the purpose M exercising the ease-

and all other purposes except as herein granted or as might infertere with Grantee's ase, occupation or enjoyment thereof, or
