DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 4th day of August, A. D.,
1975,~and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and~that
the marri~.ge ~et~;ee: the parti~s is irre~rie~•ably broken and
shou?d be dissolved. It is thereupon
O~DETED ~1ND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between David
Nicholas Pope and Claudia Lucille Durm Pope~ be and the same, is
f ~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
~
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of April Denise Pope, a minor child

of the parties, is hereby awarded to Claudia Lucille Durm Pope
€ with teasonable and extensive visitation rights reserved to ~

3. SUPPORTs Commencing the lOth day of August~ 1975, David

Nicholas Pope shall pay to Claudie Lucille Durm Pope the sum of '
$40.00 each and every month, for the support of the child named
above.
