FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION ~

This cause came on to be heard on August 4, 1975 upon the
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of
Carolyn Sapp Rhodes, natural mother of the minor child, and
~
the consent of Christopher Bernard Sapp, natural father of the
minor child, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child sought to
be adopted, and that the best interest of the child will be
promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for
adoptinn by Petitioner, Donald Alan Rhodes, and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED as follows: ~

; name of Gary Lee Rhodes, by which name he shall hereafter be !
