Pierce, Florida, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, lying 83 feet East of the East right of way for U.S. Highway No. 1, for a point of beginning; Thence con- tinue South along said right of way line 169', more or less, to the North boundary of that certain parcel of land described in that certain deed from Hattie E. Chamberlin,_a widow, to C. C. Bost, as described in Deed Book 94 at page 18 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and presently operated as a automobile service station, to establish the SW corner of subject land; thence from the SW corner run East on a line which is parallel to the South right of way line of Savannah Road and coincidental with the N boundary of the aforesaid Bost parcel for a distance of 200' to establish the SE corner of subject land; thence from the SE corner run North on a . ~ line parallel to the East riqht of way line of U.S. Hiqhway No. 1 for a distance equal to the aforesaid call of 169', more or less, to establish the NE corner; thence run West parallel with Savannah Road 200' to the point of beginning. This property is located in the City of Ft. Pierce, County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Section 22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East. ' SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage from qrantor to Florida Bank at Fort Pierce dated March 19, 1974, and recorded in Official Record Book 224 at page 2875 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal amount of $100,000.00 and with a present outstanding principal balance of $95,524.81 plus accrued interest of $477.60 throuqh the date hereof, which mortgage and the debt secured thereby grantee expressly assumes and agrees ta pay. ~ ~ SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage from qrantor to Fred H.-Lollis ~ and Devitt J.
