THIS INDENTURE, Made this the 6th day of June, 1975, by and
between STOCKTON, WHATLEY, DAVIN & COMPANY, a corporation organized and #
existinq under the Laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called Grantor, ~
and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVEIAPMENT of Washington, D.C., his #
successors and assiqns, hereinafter called Grantee. #

WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid by Grantee and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledqed, qrants, bargains
and sells to the said Grantee, forever, the followinq described land in the ~
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
