PAULINE RHOADES, Wife
FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial on August 5, 1975 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
~ wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between RAY L. RHOADES and PAULINE
RHOADES be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
each of them are hereby ~orever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The Husband, RAY L. RHOADES, shall pay to Errol S.
Willes of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes the sum of $250 ~
to apply on his fee for representation of the Wife.
3. The Stipulation offered in evidence is hereby
approved by the Court and incorporated herein by reference and ~
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained ~
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. ±
