O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on August 4, 1975 upon the
Husband's Motion for Contempt and the Court having heard evidence
of the respective parties and argument of counsel and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon-
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, John Joseph Anderson, shall have the
right to have the minor child, John Joseph Anderson, Jr., for a
two-week vacation period commencing at nine a.m. on August 11,
1975 and ending at nine a.m. on August 25, 1975. The Husband
shall be responsible for the transportation of the minor child
I~i to and from the residence of the Wife, Jean Marie Anderson.

' 2. The Husband, John Joseph Anderson, shall have the ~ ~
right to have the custody~of the minor child, John Joseph
Anderson, Jr., away from the residence of the Wife fromiine a.m.
on Saturday, August 9, 1975, until five p.m. on Sunday, August 10, ~
1975; that commencing August 30, 1975 the Husband shall have the ~
- right to have said minor child in his custody and away from the
residence of the Wife from nine a.m. on Saturday until five p.m.
on Sunday, August 31, 1975 and on alternate weekends thereafter ~
for an identical period of time from Saturday at nine a.m. until ~

the immediately following Sunday at five p.m. as set ~t in the '
Final Judgment entered in the above entitled cause on April 15, z
1975.
