THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me on .
the 4th day of August, 1975, upon the petition of the husband .
for enforcement, and the parties having appeared personally and '
~ by their undersigned attorneys, and the parties having agreed
and stipulated as follows: •
- 1. That the husband shall have the right of visitation ~
with the minor children of the parties during the Christmas .
holidays, on alternate years, commencing in 1976, and for a '
period of fifty-five (55) consecutive and uninterrupted days :
' during~the summer months, each and every summer; provided that
j .
' the husband is permanently stationed within the confines of the
i ~
continental United States at the time of the exercise of such
~ visitation privileges. :
2. That the husband shall pay the round-trip travel
expenses of the children, and the children shall be accompanied
by an adult parent, step-parent, or grandparent during the course '
of such travel until such time as the oldest child shall reach
. the age of thirteen (13) years. . :
3. That during the period of fifty-five days continuous :
and uninterrupted visitation the child support obligation of
the husband shall be reduced by one-half. ;
4. That during the period of fifty-five days continuous
and uninterrupted visitation the children shall be accompanied
and attended during the day either by the husband or by his ~
present wife, or by the husband's parents, or either of them.
