The Grantor, as owner of the real prbperty located in i

St. Lucie County, Florida, described in the attached Deed ;

being a portion of Section 23, Township 36 South, Range
~ 40 East, desires to and does hereby impose upon the said .
real property the following restrictions and covenants:
l. Any residential construction on the•premises
shall contain not less than 1000 square feet of living
~ area exclusive of carports, attached garage and porches.
2. No livestock, exceptin g only horses and cattle, ,
shall be kept or r~aintained on the premises at any time. ~ t

. 3. No poultry shall_be kept or maiatained on the ;
premises for commercial purposes. ~
4. Na dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels
may be maintained on the premises at any time for
commercial purposes. ~ ,

5. There shal~. not be created or pzrmitted to exist
on any part of the said property any dumping ground, accu.~u-
lations of debris, exposed garbage, or any foul smelling
rr?atter whatsoever.
6. No tents, shacks, or other structnre o£ a temporary
character shall be used as a residence or as a place of
business, temporarily or permanently on any part of the land
(other than ter~porary structures used during construction of
permanent buildings).
7. IF any person s}~.all violate or attempt to vio2ate
any of the covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it ~
shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning any ~
real property situated in said section to prose~ute any ~
proceedings at law or in equity against the perons or person ~
violating or attempting'to violate the same and either to
prevent him or the:n from so doing or to recover damages :or
such violation.
8. 2he foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens
and servi~udes snall run wit'c? the land and shall rer,?ain in
~sl~. torce and effect until June l, 1982 at which time they
shall automatically become null and void and of no furtihcr
ef fect.
