gives an affidavit for the purpose of inducing CITIZENS FEDERAL to•
make a loan to her on the following property in St. Lucie County,

City according to the Plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, Page 23, Public Records of St. Lucie

That she is one and the same person as GLORIA WHITEHEAD, that the
name, GLORIA WHITEHEAD, was a name used for social convenience, and
that she is the sole owner of the above property, and that GLORIA
WHITEHEAD and GLORIA DOUGHTEN are one and the same person, and that
GLORIA DOUGHTEN was and is a single adult at all times material to the
acquisition and mortgaging of the above property.
