. thence North 09°28'38" West, 219.84 feet to an iron
pipe; thence Westerly, 603.69 feet to the Foint of
Beginning.
TO HAVS AND TO HOLD the sam~, with the appurtenances,
unto the said mortgagors, heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
