FINAL JUDG~MENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 7th day of August, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage ~
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default entered August 6, 1975 by the Clerk of
the Court against.the Husband, RICHARD MICHAEL LOUNSBERRY, is
i hereby ratified and confirmed. ~

~ 2. The ~narriage between RICHARD MICHAEL LOUNSBERRY and

{ MARY ASH LOUNSBERRY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the ~
