Each payment shall be caade to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARY AS8 LOUNSBERRY. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the~sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All paycaents shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
5. The Property Settlement Agree~nt admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered
to comply with the provisions thereof.
6. Based on the Stipulation of the parties, the Court
determi.nes the sum of Three Iiundred Fifty ($350.00) Dollars to be
reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and
RICFiARD MICHAEL LOUNSBERRY is ordered to pay said attorney said~
sum together with costs herein assessed at Thirty ($30.50) Dollars
and 50/100.
~ 7. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retai.ned for the -e~try of such further orders as may be proper .
