FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 7th day of August, 1975 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deteranines:
This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that

the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dfssolved
It is thereupon ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CARROLL LLOYD
~ WALRER and HELEN VIRGINIA WAI.KER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each of-them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
' 2. CUSTODY. Custodq of Aelen Christine Walker, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to CARROLL LLOYD WALKER with reasonable

~ visitation rights reaerved to HELEN VIRGINIA WALKER in the State of FZorida onl .

3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
