This cause came on for trial the 7th day of August, 1975 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
idissolved. It is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES H. JAGTSON,
JR. and BETTY JACKSON be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and
