ORDER ON MO~ION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT
This matter came on for hearing on July 31, 1975 upon
the defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint for its
failure to state a cause of action, and the Court having duly
considered the material allegations of the complaint and each ~
count thereof, and having heard argument~of counsel and being
of the view that the motion to dismiss is well taken upon the
grounds therein stated, it is therefore
~ ORDERD that said motion to dismiss be and the same is
hereby granted, with leave, however, for the plaintiff to file
an amended complaint on or before August 15, 1975.
