O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on August 8, 1975 on the
Husband's Motion for Order of Contempt and oral motion for a
continuance on the Wife's Petition for change of custody and
visitating hours and Motion for Order of Contempt, and the
Court having heard'testimony of the respective parties and
argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it ~
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court reserv~s judgment on the Motion for
Order of Contempt of the Husband.
i - 2. That the oral motion of the Husband for a continuance t

~ for the hearing set at 1:30 p.m. on August 8, 1975 on the Wife's

~ Motion for Order of Contempt, change of custody and visiting hours ~
~ be and the same is hereby granted.
3. That the terms and conditions of the Final Judgment
dated April 15, 1975 as to the visitation rights of the minor child
~ with the father-Husband and the Order entered on August 5, 197~

~ shall remain in full force and effect.

~ 4. That the Division of Family Services of the Department .

~ of Health and Rehabilitative Services of the State of Florida, with
