This cause cotaing to be heard upon the verified Petition
of WILLIAM C~ENN MIDDLSBROOKS, and it appearing to the Court that
DEDTISE MIDDLEBROOKS and JEFFREY HUGH MIDDLSBROOKS, minor children

- of Petitioner and JANET BELOIT MIDDLEBROOKS LINN are within the
jurisdiction of this Court, and the Petitioner has made sworn
allegations that it would be in their best interest for the children
to be awarded to his custody, and the Petitioner having further
requested that an investigation be made by the Division of Family
Services, Department of Health, Education and Rehabilitative Services
of the State of Florida and the similar agency in the State of Texas,
and the Court being advised in the premises,
; It is therefore ORDERED as follows:

~ l. Custody of DENISE MIDDLEBROOKS, born October 4, 1965

~ and JEFFREY ~iUGH MIDDLEBROOKS, born January 10, 1967 is awarded to
WILLIAM GLENN MIDDLEBROOKS, pendente lite.
2. Custody of the minor children named above shall be
subject to the reasonable rights of visitation by JANET BELOIT
~ MIDDLEBROOKS LINN until this Court has made a determination on the _

~ merits on the Petition previously filed herein. ~
