4. A tiling fee of $25. 00 ts hereby estabtished and such ftttng ~
fee shall accompany each clatm filed wtth the Cterk. Sec. ?68. 133 (1) (e)
5. Upoa the filtng of a claim in aay county ta this C~rcu[t.
the Cterk of the C[rcuit Court of such county, util[ztng a"biind" syatem, ~
shall assign one of such Circuit Judges as Jud[ctat Referee to preside_ .
over the hearing~anel for such cla[m.
6. Upon the assignment of such Judicial Referee. the Cterk
shall contact the secretary to the Judge ass i~ned as the Jud icial Referee
and obtatn a hearing date for a pre-tr[al conference before the Judictal
Referee which coaference shall be not less than forty (40) days nor moi•e _
than seventy (70) days after the fil~~g of the claim. The Judictat Referee
shalt e~ter an order setting a pre-triai conference and serve a copy ~
thereof on the parties or their respective attorney not less than twenty ~20)
days before the conference. The Jud[c ial Referee may cont tnue or cancet
,
the pre -tr iat confere nce Eor good cause. The purposes of the pre -tr lal

coaference shall be to consider and determtae:
(i) the sirnptif[cat[on of the issues;
; (2) the possib[lity of obtaining admissione of

~ fact and documents that will avoid unnecessary proof;

(4) a des ignat ion of the type of ined tcal
