If both partles agree upon a doctor and an attor~ey to aerve
on the hear~ng panel, they may so sttpulate. In the event that no agree-

attorneys who are members of the heartn~ panet and the names selected
at random of five „physicians of the des[~nated spec[alty who are merribers
of the hearing panel, or [f it is tmpracticat to desif~nate the phys[c[ans by
speciattv, the names selected at random of five phys[cEans without re~ard
to specialty. Thereafter, the panei members so selected ehait have 10 days
within which to disqualify themsetves and the pa?rties shatt have the same
time [n which to chalienge panet members for cause. A decis[oa on
chatlenges for cause shall be made by agreement or by the jud[c[at referee.
If there are disqualif[cations or challenges for cause, the cierk ehall

appoint additional panel members aa required. Thereafter, from the llst '
of five attorneys aod five phystcians, the parties ehait agree on one attorney
and one phys[c[an to serve on the hear~ng panei. Ii :the perties are unable
