for Equitable Distribution filed by Industrial Indemnity
Company, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Industrial Indemnity
Company shall recover from the proceeds of the settlement
in this cause the amount of $1,468.03.
DONE AND ORDERED in Stuart, Martin County, Florida,
