FORECLOSURE OF MECHANICS' LIEN
NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the~_day of August, A. D.,
1975, by the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendants,
involving the following described real property lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

AREA NO. 5: Commencing at the Southwest corner
of Lot 44 of MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT ONE, accord-
ing to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
6,-Page 55, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said point being the Point of
' Beginning. From the Point of Beginning, run
j North 1° 14` 40" East a distance of 129.53 feet
~ along the West line of said Lot 44 to a point
~ on the North line of said Lot 44; thence run East
~ along said North Lot line 140.39 feet to a point;
! thence run South 129.5 feet to a point on the
~ - South line of said Lot 44; thence run West along
4 the South line of said Lot 44 a distance of 143.20
~ feet to the Point of Begi~ning. SUBJECT to an
