ORDER
This cause coming on for hearing on motion for determination
of PIP lien filed herein, and the court after having determined
that it has jurisdiction of the matter and after having fully
considered the testimony and other argument of counsel for the
plaintiffs and defendant, and after being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that State Farm Insurance Company is
entitled to recover 2~ X of the $3,038.90 paid to plaintiffs,
LARRY BRINSON and KATHLBEN BRINSON, his wife, under the PIP
provisions of their own insurance policy.
