CONSENT ORDER
This cause having come on to be heard before me on the 4th
day of August, 1975, and upon the P.etition of the Wife for Temporary
Relief, and the parties having appeared persot~ally and by their under-
signed attorneqs~ and the parties having agreed and stipulated as follows:
1. The Wife shall have the exclusive possessionaE the marital f

home until further order of this Court and during the period of her ;
exclusive possession of the marital home, the Husband shall be responsible ~
for the payment of the mortgage, and the utilities for said home. °
2, The Wife shall~have the tem orar custod of the minor ~

child of the parties, to wit: WILLIAM LARRY STARNES, JR., and the
Husband shall pay the sum of $25.00 each and every week as support for
said minor child of the parties,

3. During the pendency of this dissolution of marriage

proceeding, neither of the parties shall remove the minor child from the
jurisdiction of this Court without the prior authorization by this Court. f
. ;
4. The Husband shall have the right to visit with the minor
child of the parties and in addition to reasonable times which may be
agreed upon by the parties from time to time, the Husband shall have
the right to visit with the minor child on Saturday and Sunday of each - ~

week between the hours of 12:00 p.m, and 6:00 p,m. on Saturday and ~

1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m, on Sunday. `
