FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of August, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GARY
L. PRESNELL and REBECCA B,.PRESNELL be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
i arising therefrom.
k 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER C. PRESNELL~ minor

~ child of the parti.es, is hereby awarded to REBECCA B. PRESNELL,
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to GARY L. PRESNELL.

~ Within ten days from the date of the entry of this Order, the Husband

~ shall deliver the minor child of the p aties to the Wife at her

~ home which is located at 921 Tift Avenue, Albany, Georgia 31707.

~ Additionally, the Husband shall bring with the child all the child's

3 possessions.

g 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ZZ~ day of August,

~ 1975,•the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $50.00 each
~
~
~ and every week for the support of Che child named above.
